RACIAL HARMONY DAY FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!

WOOOOHOOO!! The Year 1s, Year 2s and the lecturers celebrated our Racial Harmony together for the FIRST time! :DDD And guess what? We're the ONE AND ONLY course that celebrated it in our school! Yup, ITE baybeh! Heheee. Cos why??? COS WE ARE AWESOME LIKE THAT! Hehehe. ;)

Firstly, the RHD committee did their skit about Racial Harmony Day. Respecting one another and all. :)

Then we were grouped with the year 1s! So year 1s and year 2s mixed together! I'm in group 5 by the way. There were 12 groups altogether. Different groups were stationed at different areas. After that, we swapped! For group 4, 5 and 6, we learnt the indian+western+malay dance first! Love the awesome dance steps yaw! :D Next station was when we played the no. 8 musical chairs! We had to turn here and there like the no. 8! And I was out by then. Hahaha! x))

After that, we proceeded to the games area where there's the henna "booth"! Miss Pearl is good in henna drawing by the way! :) There's even ranggoli to try out, we played capteh, congkak and this skipping-rope-like-rubberband. xD

Our class even had our own potluck! Thanks to Miss Wendy for buying us 3 boxes of Dominoes pizza! Yum! My first time trying it! :) There's even the indian dessert; gulab jamun, courtesy of Habiba! There's nuggets, currypuffs, sumai, murukus and some other malay cakes. :D

Then the last part was the highlight of everything! We had our very own FASHION SHOW! Woohooo! There's even a surprise dance by ICO! There's awards-giving too for the Mr and Miss RHD and some other awards like THE MOST COOPERATIVE, THE MOST INITIATIVE and THE MOST ENTHUSIASTIC! And lastly, we did our flashmob NDP dance before we called it a day! x))) It's for our NDP celebration by the ECH people yaw! ;)

Oh ya! And Miss Claire won THE MOST BEST DRESSED for the lecturers! Wooo! Congrats Miss Claire! ;D

SO THAT SUMS UP MY AWESOME DAY! A HUGE thanks to the RHD committee and Miss Audrey who made this happened! ;)) I swear it was great seeing each and everyone of us dressed up so nicely with all the different ethnic costumes! :)

Oh ya! LE lesson was cancelled after much persuading! Supposedly, the RHD event ended around 11 and we have LE lesson at 1. We were so into RHD that we really didn't want to have lessons. Hehehe. THANK YOU MISS AUDREY! :P

Well, well, well... RHD down! Next event, HALLOWEEN maybe? Hehehe. :)
